StitchOps is an independent business-to-business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operational infrastructure platform developed and operated by Jeel Asalalia (Sole Proprietor, trading as StitchOps, India). As a service provider operating under the statutory turnover threshold of ₹20 Lakhs per annum (pursuant to Notification No. 10/2017 – Integrated Tax), subscription charges are net commercial fees without GST. Standard commercial payment receipts are issued upon payment.
115-Day Unrestricted Evaluation Window
Every business account on StitchOps receives an unrestricted 15-day Free Trial with zero credit card required. This evaluation period is provided specifically so factory owners, accountants, and floor managers can rigorously test embroidery machine counters, jobwork allocations, inward/outward registers, challan printing, and GST calculations. By subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you have evaluated the software and found it fit for your factory requirements.
2Strict No-Refund Policy
Because StitchOps immediately provisions dedicated multi-tenant database partitions, compute resources, and automated backup infrastructure upon payment:
- All subscription payments (Monthly, Multi-Month, and Annual) are final, non-cancellable, and strictly non-refundable.
- No partial month refunds, chargebacks, pro-rata reimbursements, or cash payouts will be granted for early cancellation, business pauses, or account abandonment.
- Your software access remains 100% active and unlocked throughout the entire prepaid validity period.
3Non-Recurring Billing (Zero Auto-Debit Guarantee)
StitchOps transactions are purely one-time on-demand advance payments. Your UPI ID, Credit Card, or Debit Card will NEVER be auto-debited. Renewal reminders are sent 5 days prior to plan expiry, leaving renewal decisions entirely under your manual control.
4Duplicate Charge Resolution
In the rare event of a gateway or banking network timeout where duplicate charges occur for the exact same billing cycle, the verified duplicate excess amount will be refunded directly to the originating payment source within 5–7 banking days, or applied as advance billing credit at your choice.
5Continuous Development & "AS-IS" Provision
StitchOps is commercial software under active, ongoing feature expansion. Enhancements, workflow refinements, and interface modules are deployed periodically at the developer's sole discretion. The platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or contractual guarantees of specific future feature roadmaps. Factory managers are advised to maintain standard offline physical copies of daily gate passes and critical dispatch registers.
630-Day Storage Limitation & Subscriber Tax Responsibility
In compliance with Section 8(7) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) regarding data minimization, tenant data is retained for thirty (30) calendar days following subscription expiry. Renewing within these 30 days instantly restores full operational access. After 30 days of continuous inactivity, organization data is permanently purged. StitchOps is an operational processing tool and not a permanent cloud archive; subscribers are solely responsible for exporting their GST invoices, challans, and ledgers before discontinuation.
7Governing Law & Grievance Contact
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
